Incredulity
4 miles done, in the snow again. This time with added slack-jawed incredulity of a dog walker who seemed to have never seen a runner before. Rest day tomorrow, the long run is scheduled for Saturday, but it might get put back to Sunday, depends when I end up tangled in the M5/M6 funfest to get home.

Me to, soon it will be so automatic to follow the plan! Makes me laugh when people looked shocked as you run past. There are loads of people around who run!
How long is the weekends long run?
Trio - be something in the region of 3 hours nice and steady.
