Another long run done. 15 miles in about 3 hours, the first bit with Glyn again. Slower than last weeks long run, but hillier, ruttier and icier. Achey legs after. Compression socks helping.

I found full on compression tights the best after long runs, helped hold my aching hips together.

Sounds like training is going well. These 15mile runs are now sounded easy! At this rate the marathon is just going to be another enjoyable run!
Julbags - some compression tights are on my list of things to get.
Trio - I don't about easy. The last 2 miles were a virtual crawl.
