An after work run. Beat the bad weather by a whisker, so although it was freezy-brrrr-chill, I didn't get wet. 4.5 miles of pavement pounding at a steady pace. Quite quickly followed by a gigantic slab of chicken pie, how on earth Tesco thought 6 portions were coming out of that foil tray is frankly beyond me.
