New Specs

My new specs arrived today, Tesco, BOGOF, so went for 2 quite different styles. I hope the really light, rimless, titanium jobs last a bit longer this time, the previous pair got fragmented beyond repair when Flipper pawed me in the face during a play-fight.

Tortoise-shell ones are more art student I reckon! The others are good for running in as they're so light, good in the mornings when I can't find my eyes for contact lenses.

I'm dreading the day my eyes start to go and I need glasses, I just can't imagine ever managing to put contacts in (squeamish me). I think my mum got glasses in her mid forties for reading/driving etc so I've got a few years yet.

I've been wearing specs since I was about 13 so I'm used to it. I wear contacts as often as I can, sometimes too much, trying to give my eyes a bit of a break and wear my glasses again a bit more.

Laser eye surgery is the way forward !Although I think I'll be needing glasses again for close up work soon.
They look cool anyway

Those frames are both good, nice you could get two very different ones for different moods. I always dread picking out frames! I wear contacts as much as I can.
