Went for a run last night intending to do about 4.5 miles, only managed 3.5, there were 3 random dog related incidents and a lot of talking to strangers. It was all a bit bizarre! I ditched the extra mile as it was starting to go dark and I had to run past a lot of pubs and takeaways which on a Friday night isn't a good thing. I rewarded my good deeds with a beer. A Heligan Honey that we brought back from Cornwall, the nicest beer, possibly ever!
