Bruce has gone home, more space in the bed now for Flipper and us humans! I thought I'd sleep like a log last night after 65 miles of riding but I was really restless so I'm tired today. Last day of summer hols as big school starts again tomorrow, I might just make the most of it and have a cheeky 10 minutes back under the duvet.

Bedtime
