fforest

The blog silence has been due to spending the week away in West Wales, staying at fforest, just outside Cardigan. No internet, no TV, simple living for a few days. Good food, good beer, new friends made, lots of walks with dogs, time outside and time with the feet up, relaxed bodies and minds. A good thing.
