A gentle trail trot in glorious sunshine with Flipper today. A bit under 5 miles. Took it steady. What ever was/is pulling in the top of my leg is still there, but not as painful, I don't think it's serious, nothing a sports massage won't crunch out (I hope). Injury is not an option.
