Going long

16.3 miles in 2hrs 53. I am a bit hurty now.

Yay! well done for doing the whole plan this week. I too am hurty from this morning's long run, it's a bit of a weird way to start the weekend when you think about it.

Feel good for having stuck to the plan this week. Makes me realise too that barring injury the marathon is probably a realistic target.
