Resting and stretching

I've been dutifully resting and stretching since the physio on Wednesday but I'm still feeling very crunchy boned. I have another appointment on Tuesday so let's hope a bit more magic can be worked then. My weekend plans are however looking unlikely. The plus side to resting up is it allows for a bit of wishful thinking........ a few race websites have been looked at, some kit priced up......

Don't do anything until you feel ready, the races will still be there.

I'm also looking at kit....Haglofs Oz pullover and another pair of shoes (shh, don't tell Jez). I think my Mudclaws are too big.

What races are you thinking of then? I think its time for me to start my 2010 year planner!

Julbags - the Haglofs Oz is a great bit of kit, mine has kept out some pretty nasty weather.

Trio - Definitely the Saunders MM again, also been looking at a couple of LDWA challenge events.

I'm looking at doing the 2 Crosses next year....will need to do some longer runs though.
