Weary Wednesday
Seriously tired today, like Friday tired not Wednesday tired, surely the week must be over? This, coupled with only managing to snatch one cup of tea and no food between breakfast and getting home tonight wasn't looking too promising for run club. But, I inhaled half a packet of crumpets and a croissant and necked 2 pints of water at 5pm, laid on the bed for half an hour, and felt sufficiently restored, so off I went. 6.7 miles on Winter Hill, a very light dusting of patchy snow, a very clear night. Could have done with being just a few degrees cooler to freeze the ground up, it was boggy in parts! A cracking run. Bath and bed for me now.

How you can run that far after not eating I don't know! Maybe as I'm not a runner! It was very muddy yesterday, time of year I think as the ground gets less frozen!
I did eat, the half pack of crumpets and the croissant was pre-run.
i'm so jealous of your location. i think we need to move!
