4.39 miles steady paced trail running with Flipper, mileage so accurate because I remembered to wear my Garmin, let's hope I start as I mean to go on with recording distances. Even though it wasn't a long or fast run it seems to have left Flipper plum tuckered out.

have you ever let flipper wear the garmin? wonder how many extra miles he does ;)
Hmm, she probably does double. We'll never know though because she likes to dive in ditches, charge through brambles and roll in poo and I'm not letting her do that while wearing my kit!
