Emailed my supervisor and bailed on my tutorial. Have been mostly on the couch under our "old lady" blanket sipping Lemsip and watching daytime TV. Wrapped up and went out briefly with the dog to stop the persistent pawing at my face. Feeling very sorry for myself until I caught up with Ezra's blog, he has arse cancer, I just have a cold, I need to HTFU!

Colds do make you feel rotten though! Hope it goes soon, you need to be on top form for friday ;)
I'll see how I go for Friday, at the moment just the stairs are leaving me out of breath. Will do my best to recover though.
There isn't an option, I want to try the new bike ;)
