Twelve

As I mentioned a couple of posts back I've decided not to ride on the days when I have a running event, so no ride for me today as this evening was the run club chairmans handicap race. Really good fun, I did the 2 miles in 18'03" although bizarrely chairman John had me pegged as a 15'30" I wish! Have to say I think I could have pushed myself a bit harder but the first time I've done anything quite like it and I didn't want to puke half way up the hill! We went for a short club run after the race and then to the pub for food and lots of chat.
