Finally made it out again with Lostock AC last night. Quite a tough run, but was really good, they don't leave stragglers behind, very friendly. We were out for almost an hour, did 4-5 miles mostly offroad, a lot of uphill. Got a membership form, definitely be joining, every intention now of getting out with them every Wednesday. I've got aching quads today, we'll see how they feel when I get on the bike later.
Deadlines are looming massively as the academic year begins to approach it's end, I realise I have a lot of written work to get done in quite a short time. I need to get more practical work done too.
In amongst all this I have to fit in a trip to China!
