Scooby snacks


Monday running. In the rain. With friends. Pushed hard. Felt good.
Tuesday gym. And yoga. First class. Loved it. My legs especially appreciated a super stretch.
Scooby snacks just about earned.

yes i love the stretching at yoga too... and have learnt to be still and balance better too BUT dont ask me to do a head or hand stand :-)
