Dead bird run

Another few miles fairly late last night on local trails with Flipper, from who's mouth I had to wrestle a decomposing, dead bird. Nice!

I didn't make it up to run club as I was in a bit of a state of disorganisation with hunting out bits of kit and packing. All set now. I'm off to Scotland later supporting Kate as she races the WHW. Should be fun for me, if not her! I'm sure she'll do very well, and I obviously wish her luck.
