A dog day afternoon
Five miles scampering about on local trails with Flipper. She makes the Garmin upload look a bit messy with the doubling back to drag her away from trying to eat a decapitated crow and stopping to wait while she drags a shoe out of the River Douglas and running round the field 3 times with another dog. But, I love her, and I love running with her.

....how's the leg?
Naughty dog was just caught with paws on the table licking cereal bowls, I doubt you'd envy that bit of Flipper keeping!
The leg seems OK, which is good as I haven't made it in to the physio yet.
The GPS would look even crazier if you just clipped in to Flipper's collar one day...
I have a five year old child just like that :)
