I ran
I ran yesterday (4 miles) and tonight with run club (6 miles). Good to be back to life as I like it to be rather than all swamped with boring deadlines. I'm hoping 10 miles in two days is the start of a rapid push back to some sort of fitness as the summer has big plans for me!

You just did the lamm, you have the lead on me by a long stretch! But it feels really good to be out there getting fit again, I have nice achey legs today for the first time in many weeks.
