Didn't sleep on the balloon bed last night.
Did ride my bike today, blogged it over at Minx.
Didn't eat cake this afternoon, even though I wanted to.
Did go to the physio in the end, after I faffed about with appointments.
Didn't run today, as physio says no running til Friday.
Will drink a beer this evening.
Will look at maps ready for Friday.

I'm looking forward to reading about this bloon bed. It sounds like a bit of a nightmare to inflate.
