Possibly the route I took?
Trying to do the map thingy, but it's driving me a bit mad, if this isn't it then I'm giving up!

You ran 72 Km ? Wow.
I tend to just post a pic of the map from my training software as I find when I try and post mapmyride html in it is always crashing! Eventually it works but I get bored!
Rich - no - although to think one day I could run that far -but I biked 72km yesterday. The map ended up loose from the rest of the blog post because it took me forever to work out how to upload it!
Trio - yeah I think I might do that next time - the map myride/run thing was a bit annoying to use.

Was the longest ride on the Pompino which I'm running with a freewheel at the moment but to be honest the route is that flat there isn't much "freewheelin" to be done. I'll flip my wheel next time I think and do it fixed.
Be interesting to see how different you find it, you might find you freewheel more than you think usually ;)
