Flipper and I met Ali this evening and we ran from Rivington Barn up and over Winter Hill (456m) to meet up with Glyn for dinner at the Black Dog in Belmont 6.25 miles total distance. Really good fun, definitely a run I'd like to do again.

Glad it was a good run, hope flipper enjoyed it as well!
She loved it! I was a bit worried she might chase sheep but she was as good as gold!
