Rode with Trio and Anna today, did the 40 mile loop we did a couple of weeks ago so we could stop at the pub in Croston. Huge feed, and a pint of the guest beer. Just about managed to ride after that and just in case not enough calories on board we took a swing by Fredericks for a massive ice cream! Lucky with the weather, none of the forecast rain so a good day out all round!
